Welcome to St Columban Robotics

We are very excited to be a part of the For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) LEGO League (FLL) Robotics Competition. FIRST competitions are a great way to help kids develop useful skills and entice them to pursue careers in the science and engineering fields. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves, share our principles, and give you a little insight into what St Columban Robotics is all about.

Emphasize that discovery is more important than winning.
Entice kids to think like scientists and engineers.
Build self-esteem and confidence.

Goal: Develop 2 successful St. Columban First LEGO League teams, where success is defined as:

Full participation from every team member
Fully-functional LEGO robot
Well-prepared and presented project
Professional representation of St. Columban
Every team member has fun!
